2 Day Tour Tikal: Voices of the Past

The Mayan ruins of Tikal include more than 3,000 structures extending over six square miles and including palaces, temples, ceremonial platforms, ball courts, terraces, plazas, avenues and steam baths. Our 2 day tour "Voices of the past" will take you to the splendors of Tikal along with a qualified bilingual guide.

Day 1
After picking you up at your hotel en Belice City, you will take a short flight from Belize City to Flores in Guatemala, leaving from Belize City at 8:30 AM. Upon arrival we will transfer you to your hotel. You will the rest of day at your leisure, exploring Flores and the surrounding areas.
Overnight in the Hotel of your choice

Day 2
After breakfast (included with your hotel) your guide will transfer you to the Tikal National Park. In this remote area between Guatemala and Belize, one of the greatest civilizations of its time built a city that lasted for centuries! Protected by UNESCO, the ruins of Tikal are within an enormous National Park where native flora and fauna still flourish relatively undisturbed and hundreds of species of birds, including toucans and macaws, and various species of monkeys are gliding through the dense jungle.

After the tour you will have a delicious lunch and at 2:00 PM you will be transferred back to Flores Airport in order to take your flight back to Belize City, departing from Flores at 4:00 PM.

Our prices includes round trip transfer from any hotel en Belice City to the Belize Airport, round trip air ticket from Belize City to Flores, all transfer between Flores Airport, Flores and Tikal National Park, one night lodging, lunch and breakfast on the second day, professional guide, entrance fees (entrance is not included with the budget option), and local taxes.

The prices don’t include a departure tax at the Flores Airport nor any meals on the first day.
