One day Tour to Tikal (From Belize City)

The Mayan ruins of Tikal include more than 3,000 structures extending over six square miles and including palaces, temples, ceremonial platforms, ball courts, terraces, plazas, avenues and steam baths. Our experienced guide will take you to the splendors of this ancient civilzation.

After picking you up at your Belize City hotel, you will take a flight at 8:30 AM to Flores in Guatemala. Upon arrival your guide will transfer you to Tikal National Park. In this remote area between Guatemala and Belize, one of the greatest civilizations of its time built a city that lasted for centuries! Protected by UNESCO, the ruins of Tikal are within an enormous National Park where native flora and fauna still flourish relatively undisturbed and hundreds of species of birds, including toucans and macaws, and various species of monkeys are gliding through the dense jungle.

After the tour you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Then we will transfer you back to the FloresAirport to take a flight back to Belize City, departing from Flores at 4:00 PM.
